weighing in…

I’ve been trying to weigh in less, so I don’t obsess over it.

I weighed in a couple weeks ago and was 179.5.

This morning I am an even 175.0

I haven’t seen that number since I was passing it years ago.

When I started my journey in December 2010 I was 212 pounds.

Its taking me a long time, many ups and downs, but I am still chugging along.

My goodness. I love my life. I love my friends. This weekend was filled with happiness.

This morning I woke up craving a good sweat. A good workout. Lifting weights. Pushing some cardio.

But I don’t have time before work.

Im going to have to make it for after.

And I better not make any excuses.

Last night I over ate on my calories. I was so hungry. So I started with popcorn. Then rapidly developed a sweet tooth and made hot chocolate.
I feel crappy this morning from the salt on the popcorn and all the sugar in the cocoa.
Yuck. Today is a new day.

12 push press: scaled to 65

15 box jumps (i do 30 box step ups due to my ankle)

20 KB swings: scaled to 12 kg

400 m run (I did 500 m rows instead, I would have rather run…stupid ankle)
